Meeting Room Use

IMPORTANT: Please note that all information on this page, including changes to rules and policies, supersedes all information on the Meeting Room form. The Meeting Room form is simply for reservation requests and information gathering. The Library reserves the right to make changes at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, pandemic-related issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to return to our regular Meeting Room schedule and policies soon. 

The Meeting Room is available:
Monday: 10 am to 7:45 pm

Tuesday: 10 am to 7:45 pm

Wednesday: 10 am to 7:45 pm

Thursday: 10 am to 7:45 pm

Friday: 10 am to 4:45 pm

Saturday: 10 am to 4:45 pm

The Meeting Room is not available when the library is closed, including  Sundays or town-observed holidays.

Availability of the Meeting Room will be on a first-come basis. The following priorities will apply in case of a conflict prior to a confirmed booking:

  • Woodbridge Town Library events (adult, teen, or children’s)
  • Town of Woodbridge department events
  • Other town-sponsored or town ad hoc committee groups
  • Woodbridge residents/businesses
  • Residents/groups/businesses from other towns

Masks are highly recommended when using the meeting room, but not required.

To use the Meeting Room, please read and fill out the Application for Use of Meeting Room Form, and return to Donna Faryna, Adult Services Librarian through email.
