Learn to create edible art! In this class, students will learn how to pipe a color-tipped rosette and hydrangea flowers. Instructions on coloring frosting to the desired shade, adding color to a piping bag, and proper technique to load a piping bag will be included. The cupcakes are made with the finest ingredients and taste as good as they look. Grab a friend and come enjoy this opportunity to learn from a Culinary Artist, Cindy DeLeone. Students will go home with FOUR beautifully decorated cupcakes they can be proud of.
Cindy is a former Woodbridge resident and the owner of Delectable by Design. Known in Southwest Florida for her unique cupcake botanical and seashell bouquets, she is offering her classes locally this summer. Her work has been featured nationally in both Beachcombing and Tea Time magazines. She regularly shares her how-to videos on her Instagram feed as well as her YouTube channel and Facebook.
This class has a strict limit of 15 participants with a materials fee of $20 cash that includes includes pre-baked cupcakes, frosting, food coloring, spatulas, piping tips and piping bags are provided as well as a box for students to take home their creations.
Registration must be done in person, at the reference desk. The $20 materials fee is due when registering. No exceptions.
