Join Katie Gilmore, certified chessemaker from the University of Vermont's Institute of Artisan Cheesemaking and Sterling College. Katie has her own herd of goats and a cow and is working towards becoming a dairy/ creamery. She has taught numerous chessmaking courses across the state and will demonstrate how to make mozzarella, ricotta, and cultured butter. You will get to sample the fresh cheese after it has been made.
