The Woodbridge Town Library and Town of Woodbridge are organizing outdoor acoustic concerts this spring and summer. The Woodbridge Unplugged concerts will be a fun, free and safe way for residents to come together, enjoy each other’s company and listen to local talent.
The second concert on May 27 will feature local resident Steven Bettencourt. Steve grew up in the seventies and eighties listening to many styles of music. He began playing guitar and performing live as a teen through his college years. Influenced by artists ranging from Richie Havens to Stuart Adamson, his music spans several genres of cover songs and originals. After a hiatus of over twenty years, Steve began composing and performing again. Since 2016, he has been featured at local coffee houses, breweries and farmers markets. Steve has recently moved to Woodbridge and this will be his first performance in his new home town.
Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks! Concerts will take place from 6 pm to 7 pm and be located on the north side of the library facing Newton Rd. Masks are recommended and we ask that everyone follow social distancing guidelines. No registration necessary.
