This program is full. Please contact the library to be placed on a wait list.
Please prepare and bring a dish to share that is vegetarian, delicious, and healthy. For ideas on what dish to make and bring, everyone is encouraged to check out a vegetarian cookbook from the Library's extensive collection of cookbooks. Please bring a copy of the dish's recipe with your name on it. This will enable others who enjoy your dish to talk to you at the potluck about how you made it, and also help those with specific food allergies to be mindful of your dish's ingredients. After the potluck, copies of all the recipes will be posted on the Massaro Farm website for everyone to use. Paper plates, napkins, cutlery, and cups will be supplied. Please remember to bring a serving spoon with your dish. If you know what you will be bringing, please let us know in the comment box on the online registration form. Thank you! Part of the "Massaro Farm at the Library" series, which includes: Wednesday, February 28 at 6:00 PM: Showing of the documentary movie, "Fresh," about the food movement, followed by discussion. Wednesday, March 28 at 6:00 PM: Potluck Supper on the theme of "Eating with the Seasons." Participants are asked to bring a dish to share with its recipe and a serving spoon. Wednesday, April 25 at 6:00 PM: Workshop: "Cooking Herbs & Spices from Your Garden," with Natalie Glidden.
This event is fully booked.
