This will have a special emphasis on root vegetables, such as parsnips, carrots and beets that will be combined with other seasonal ingredients to create delicious side dishes for your Thanksgiving meal. Samples and recipes provided. This program is for teens and adults, ages 14 and up. Registration is required; this is a very popular program and space is limited. Please register online or at the library.
