FILLED! Children’s Virtual Program! Food Explorers

Join Katie Shepherd, Registered Dietitian, from Food Explorers for some virtual cooking fun! You’ll learn how to make Chocolate Dipped Nut butter cookies and play a game of Nutrition Price is Right! You will need these basic ingredients for both recipes:  

• your choice of either peanut/almond/cashew/sunbutter
• egg
• salt
• sugar
• cinnamon
• chocolate chips

  This class will be conducted via Zoom; an email link will be provided after registration. For ages 5+, parental help may be required for some steps. Registration limited to 8 families.
