Join us each Saturday morning in person or via Zoom (click here, passcode: 10)    for one hour of silent Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation hosted by experienced meditation instructors. Well known as a technique to reduce stress and anxiety, research shows that meditation may also help enhance your mood, promote healthy sleep patterns, increase concentration, reduce age-related memory loss, and decrease blood pressure. Beginners and experienced meditators alike are welcome. Open to registration, but walk-ins are welcome too. If you are looking to start or develop a lasting meditation practice, the best way to do it is to join a group!
